SHIPPING + PICK UP TERMS AND POLICIES
Payment via Visa Debit or Credit Card
Payments made via Visa Debit or Credit Card are done through the Caribbean's Leading SECURE Payment Platform- Wipay via this link: https://jm.wipayfinancial.com/scan2pay/avialuxehaircare
Payments can be made quickly and securely through this platform if you are placing an order outside of Jamaica OR if you are local and choose not to pay cash or bank transfer. There is a 4.20% charge plus GCT processing fee on payment that will be added to your total on the next screen after copying OR clicking the link. If you have chosen COURIER DELIVERY, the delivery charge should be paid SEPARATELY by CASH when receiving your package.

All personal data collected is encrypted, kept safely and only used for the purpose of giving you the best shopping experience possible as well as improving the business.
Return on Order
All sales are final, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Order Cancellation
Orders placed and not carried out within 7 days of the date placed/ selected for delivery/pickup or not paid for via online payment/bank transfer within same (if chosen) will be cancelled. New orders can be placed after this time frame.
Order Processing & Delivery
Orders to be delivered within Kingston & St Andrew, Portmore & Spanish Town are delivered the next day & beyond to allow orders to be processed and packed.
Avialuxe strives to ship Knutsford, Zipmail and International orders the next day after payment is sent but please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
Any order cancellation should be made 24 hours before delivery date.
*Please note that business days for shipping and processing times do not include weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays. Processing time is an "additional" time frame separate to your shipping method of choice.
Upon Delivery & Pickup
Please be ready to collect your package upon delivery as Avialuxe's courier runs a tight schedule daily. Please state if you need to reschedule or need to make any order changes 24 hours-1 hour before your package is picked up by our courier for delivery.
Pickup is done personally by Avialuxe's CEO who also runs a tight schedule (aside from packages dropped off at The Self Farm/Add2cart). As such, there is a 15 minute grace period after which the pickup will be cancelled for that time and can be rescheduled for a later time or date. Please state if you need to reschedule the time at least 2 hours before your stated pickup time. If you need to reschedule the overall pick up date, please communicate the change 24 hours before your pickup date.
Payment
Orders being delivered within Kingston & St Andrew, Portmore & Spanish Town can be paid via Online Bank Transfer, Online Payment or Cash but orders outside of those areas MUST be paid via Online Bank Transfer or Online Payment . International orders are to be paid for via Online Payment unless the order will be paid for by someone located in Jamaica.
Orders being paid via Online Bank Transfer or Online Payment should be paid for and the monies received before it is sent for delivery/pickup.
Replacement
If an item arrives damaged, please let us know within seven days, a replacement item will be shipped to you. Sending photos or videos of the damaged item/package is necessary for confirmation of the damage that would have occurred during shipping, helps improve any shipping issues and is greatly appreciated.
